TERMS OF USE — 911 Door Security

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using 911 Door Security ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
911 Door Security is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent door, lock, and security service professionals ("Service Providers"). The Platform does not employ or control any Service Providers.

3. MARKETPLACE ONLY — NO LIABILITY FOR WORK PERFORMED
THE PLATFORM IS SOLELY A MARKETPLACE. 911 Door Security does NOT perform, supervise, or guarantee any services listed on the Platform. All work is performed by independent third-party Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that 911 Door Security bears NO responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services performed.

4. BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE NOT GUARANTEES
While 911 Door Security may facilitate background checks on Service Providers, these checks: (a) may not be comprehensive, (b) may not reveal all relevant information, (c) are point-in-time and may become outdated, and (d) DO NOT constitute a guarantee of safety, reliability, or trustworthiness. You assume all risk when engaging a Service Provider.

5. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

6. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

7. PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. 911 Door Security may charge service fees, subscription fees, and/or transaction fees as disclosed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by 911 Door Security or its licensors.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes, (b) impersonate others, (c) post false or misleading information, (d) interfere with Platform operations, (e) scrape or harvest data.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. You waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas, USA.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL 911 DOOR SECURITY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.
